Arriving at the salon

Please arrive for your appointment on time.  If you are late for your appointment we will try or hardest to make it work for you but please understand that your appointment may need to be rescheduled.

Canceling

If you must cancel your appointment; please call us at least 24 hours prior.

Your appointment

Each appointment begins with a one on one consultation.  A member of our team will talk with you to learn and understand what you are looking for.  We listen to your needs and create the service to fit what you are looking for.  After your service; we strongly recommend booking your next appointment so you can receive the date and time most convenient to you and the stylist of your choice.

It is our policy at Signature Salon to Clarify Shampoo before all Chemical Services to protect our clients against Chemical Reactions on their hair and scalp.

Personal items

Signature Salon is not responsible for lost or stolen items or personal items left behind.
